Worked great! I did have to try several times for it to come up under my “computer”. I have no idea why, but I tried all my ports on my laptop, finally worked. Thank you so much!! Why wont it show up under the iTunes area?

Hi Bob, sorry about the confusion, the path goes this way…

Click Start -> Computer -> Drive C:, Drive D, etc…
